2. Large equipments are custom made and will take longer (call us for delivery date), those will ship via trucking company, we will e-mail you to advise their delivery time.
3. Any returned order, requires a pre-authorization return number from our office within 15 days from day of shipment. Please contact us (within 15 days from shipment date) to get the RGA # (Return Goods Authorization Number). All returns must be received within 15 days of the RGA number. Without the RGA number, our office will not accept the returned item, and no refund credit or exchange will be issued.
4. Any returned item will be charged 15% of its value as a Re-Stocking Charge. In addition the returned item should be in good condition and in its original packaging.
5. Original S&H (shipping and handling) cost is none refundable, and Return S&H cost, is to the expense of the customer/buyer.
6. If any item is damaged in transit, the customer/buyer should report that to the shipping carrier immediately and also advise us so we would help handle the claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Listed shipping rates are for domestic USA destinations only. For international destinations the shipping is an estimate, and will be adjusted to actual shipping & handling cost at the time of shipping.
8. For items less than 70 Lbs in weight, our shopping cart is linked to UPS, and once the order is totaled, it will give the shipping cost in different options: Ground, 3-Day Saver, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air etc. and customer can select whichever best suits them. These delivery times reflect UPS in transhit (i.e. after UPS man picks up the order), and excludes the time between receiving the order at our office, processing the order, to the time it is packed and ready to ship.
9. The UPS delivery times start counting from the moment they pick up the package from our warehouse.
10. Large items' (anything above 70 Lbs in weight) shipping cost are estimates, and customer will be billed the actual Shipping & Handling cost upon shipping (i.e. the shipping cost will be adjusted).
11. Some cartridges and filters are supplied to us by several vendors, hence occsionally the picture displayed on website might not resemble the look of the actual product shipped, but nevertheless the quality and media contents is similar.
12. Products purchased using a credit card, if canceleld after 3:30 pm of same day ordered (and before order was shipped), then they will be refunded in full, but if cancelled after 3:30 pm of same day ordered (and before order is shipped), then they are subject to 3%, and would be refunded by check through the mail. (Noting that 3:30 pm is the cut-off time when credit cards are processed). If order has already shipped, then the terms of the above paragraphs #3, #4, & #5 will apply. Additionally the cancelation should be done in writing and by email.
13. Used filters are not returnable, not refundable, nor exchangeable.
